Apostle Charles E. Franklin

Apostle Charles E. Franklin is a third-generation minister. Called to the ministry in February 1979 and preached his initial sermon February 18, 1979, at North Park Missionary Baptist Church. After a few years in the Baptist church, he returned to his roots of the African Methodist Episcopal Church (A.M.E) After pioneering and pastoring at several AME churches over the years,  God gave Apostle Franklin a vision of pioneering a non-denominational church. Stepping out on faith in November 2007, left a very strong ministry to pioneer Perfected Praise Worship Center in Garland, Texas.

Apostle Franklin was educated around the world and in the United States. Bishop holds an Associate Degree in Nursing (AND) from El Centro College in Dallas, Texas and holds a bachelor’s degree in theology (Th.B.) from Cornerstone Theological Seminary International in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Apostle Franklin’s ministry has given birth to forty-four sons and daughters and has led thousands to Christ and thousands have joined the church under his leadership. Apostle Franklin is an anointed man of God who operates in the gifts and the prophetic. Apostle Franklin was consecrated Bishop in August 2008
and assigned overseer of the West Texas Regional Fellowship of Churches (WTRFC) by the National Fellowship of Church’s, headquarters in Shreveport, Louisiana, under the auspices of Chief Apostle Cornell Hamilton. On March 27, 2022, Apostle Franklin was called to the Apostleship and is currently with the Covenant of New Life Church in The City under the auspices of Apostle Dr. Eric B. Henderson. 

He is married to Bishop LaTasha R. Till-Franklin, and they have five children. 

Apostle continues to do Kingdom building through the apostolic.

Bishop LaTasha Franklin

La’Tasha R. Till was born to Glenn Riccardo Till and Carrie Ruth (Hester) Franklin on October 24,1979 in Denver, Colorado. Bishop Franklin was called to preach at the radical age of twenty years old, at Greater Allen Temple African Methodist Episcopal Church in Grand Prairie, Texas under the anointed leadership and ministry of Bishop Charles E. Franklin. She began the journey in October 2002 when she preached her initial sermon “The Message” from Jeremiah 1:5. Bishop Franklin has spent her entire lively hood rooted and grounded in biblical studies since the early age of five. Bishop Franklin graduated from Nimitz High School in Irving, Texas and received the Who’s Who Award for Public Speaking in May 1998. She later advanced her studies in Network Technology where she received her A+
Certification and Technical Diploma at the Computer Learning Center in Hurst, Texas. Bishop Franklin worked at achieving her bachelor’s degree in international business and finance at Northwood University in Cedar Hill, Texas. She served as the Church Secretary for Bethel A.M.E. Church, Overseer of Ladies of Pearls
Ministry, and Praise & Worship Leader. Served as the Assistant to the Pastor Elder Marchell Deadmon at Perfected Praise Body of Christ Church International in Garland, Texas where then Bishop Charles E. Franklin is founder and overseer. God in His infinite wisdom called her to Prophet and serves as Prophet to PPWC. Prophet Franklin in 2021 started a Bible Study at PPWC “Happy H.O.U.R. (Having One Unique Revelation) Prophet Franklin. in 2022, was Elected to the office of Bishop by Apostle Charles Franklin. She was consecrated in July 2023. In 2023 Prophet Franklin started the ministry “Reaching Out” at PPWC and is currently the Assistant Pastor at her home church Perfected Praise Worship Center. She is the proud mother of three beautiful daughters Na’Kayla, Ariana, and Nayome and one adopted daughter Tanya and three years ago gave birth to Charles A’Don. Bishop LaTasha married her greatest friend and confidant Apostle Charles E. Franklin, and their friendship, marriage and togetherness has spanned some 25 years. Bishop Franklin continues to seek after God’s heart without interruption. Her most sought-after scripture is Revelation 12:11a “And they have overcome him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony.”
